Our tie rod ends inside and outside are much stronger than the original tie rod ends. The construction of the tie rod ends is specially designed for the toughest loads!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Make sure to use threadlocking adhesive (Loctite 243 threadlocker) medium strength during assembly and tighten the tie rod ends with the manufacturer's specification +5 NM!

ATTENTION for vehicles from model year 2022 onwards:
JAY PARTS uses the largest possible shaft diameter for the tie rod ends.
Unfortunately, Can-Am vehicles from model year 2022 onwards have large tolerances, and it can happen that the right side tie rod end is very difficult or even impossible to fit into the designated hole. In our experience, this affects about one in ten vehicles. If this is the case with your vehicle, lightly deburring the hole should resolve the issue.
