JAY PARTS Air intakes to support the radiator Polaris Scrambler 850/1000/1000 S

Take your Polaris Scrambler 850, 1000, or 1000 S to the next level with JAY PARTS air intakes. The additional air vents supply your radiator with significantly more cool, fresh air – ideal for improving cooling performance and reliably supporting your engine under load.

Besides their noticeable function, the aggressive look of the air intakes provides a significant visual upgrade. Since they are paintable, you can perfectly match them to your design.

Made from high-quality CR3D PETG-CF, the air intakes are particularly stable, heat-resistant and optimally suited for off-road use.

Installation is simple: You cut, drill, or mill out the openings at the designated points on the radiator grille – the included templates will help you with this. Then, you glue the air intakes in place using a strong adhesive. This improves airflow for optimal engine performance.

INSTALLATION

- Remove the radiator grille before cutting out the openings.
- Use a cutting template for a perfect fit.
- Drill, cut, or mill the openings.
- Glue the air intakes in place with superglue.
