JAY PARTS Air Intake Upgrade Hood - Polaris Scrambler 850/1000/1000 S

Improve the cooling performance of your Polaris Scrambler with the JAY PARTS Air Intake Upgrade Hood. Thanks to its specially engineered airflow dewign, fresh air is directed efficiently towards the radiator, signigicantly enhancing cooling performance - even in demanding conditions such as mud, dust or high ambient temperatures.

For addiotnal protection against dirt and mud, a 7mm Moose mud guard foam is included in the package. It can be fitted when required to help prevent larger debris from enetering the air intake.

In addition to its technical benefits, the upgrade also features a sporty race-inspired design, giving your Scrambler a more aggressive and premium apperance.

INSTALLATION NOTE:

The original Polaris hood must be trimmed at the front, and the air intake must be bonded in place using a high-strength construction adhesive.
We recommend using a pneumatic jigsaw for trimming, as it works quickly while generating minimal heat. This results in a clean, precise cut.
