JAY PARTS repair kit front differential pinion Scrambler/Sportsman 850/1000

The Jay Parts aluminum cover is made from AW7075 high strength aluminum and the bearing clearance is made on the instruction of the bearing manufcturer.
In the kit with the pinion the repair spare part can be used in case of wear or breakage of the differential. The shaft is stronger in the diameter than the standard shaft of the scrambler. The combination pinion with our cover, it can be used easily and you save the purchase of the gear (€ 2850,-) or the entire inner life (€ 1450,-).

ATTENTION

• Check that the teeth on the large ring gear in the front differential are not broken or excessively worn.
• Note that the differential must be removed and opened to check its condition.
• Use only Polaris Demand Drive Oil.
• Check that after reassembling the differential, the pinion gear can be turned by hand.
  If the pinion doesn't turn easily by hand, contact us at technik@jay-parts.com - DO NOT take a test drive!
• We recommend having the repair kit installed by a qualified workshop.
