JAY PARTS Dry-Charger Airfilter cover for K&N Performance Air Filter PL-1003

Replacement air filter cover made in Italy by Marchald Filters. The DryCharger is made of silicone-coated polyster and is primaarily water-repellent. This water-repellent property protects the air filter (and the engine) from splashes and mud, while still allowing airflow.
