Enjoy the ultimate off-road exhaust system with the RP-JAY PARTS Single Performance Slip On for Polaris Sportsman 1000 S and Scrambler 1000 S. The silencer is made of stainless steel, eliminating all the weak points of aluminium silencers (cracks, breakage and overheating)
The inner core structure is completely newly developed and was successfully tested at the Dakar 2022, Hellas Rally 2022 and many more. Rallys successfully tested. Extensive stress tests were also carried out by the German GCC Champion 2023 Jay Gröpl in the 2023 season without having to renew or replace the silencers once.

The RP-JAY PARTS Performance manifold is designed to optimise the exhaust gas flow to the maximum. This leads to significant increases in power and torque.
Special attention was paid to the tapered pipe run in order to utilise the Venturi effect and thus optimally dissipate the high combustion temperature from the cylinder head that is typical for Polaris.

AIR-FUEL MIXTURE TUNING
The use of an efficient performance exhaust requires a crucial step - EFI tuning. RP-JAY PARTS exhaust systems must be accompanied by a proper re-flashing, adjust the injection software or use of an EFI Tuner to prevent the engine from running lean, which can result in engine damage

To guarantee a correct air to fuel mixture, make sure to adhere to the manufacturer's recommended settings for your fuel tuner.
