The ROUTA POWERLINE variator upgrade / clutch kit - when installed with originally fitted variator - helps to make optimal use of the engine torque.
Lower cruise rpms and better fuel economy.
Lower cruise rpms during driving save fuel and also reduce heat in the clutch, which reduces wear and tear and ensures greater reliability on long adventure journeys.

The optimal setup combination was developed through real driving tests and tests on the dynamometer.

The adjustable ADVENTURE kit was designed for long day trips and adventures. It will have also the fun factor when demand but it use more the torque what engine is is making.
Adventure kit's are tuned to give earlier, more controlled belt engagement.
With the finely tuned adjustment options, you can perfectly adapt the variator to your real-world riding weight (additional gear, tools, extra fuell etc.)

The ADVENTURE clutch kit holds the engine in it's ideal torque and allows better control in slow technical sections.

Adventure kit's are tuned to give earlier, more controlled belt engagement. You get more usable torque at low RPM and better crawl control. Perfect for Trail riding, forest roads, work and mixed-use adventure riding.

The Routa Powerline Adventure Kit compensates for the additional load (equipment, spare fuel, passenger, etc.) so that the vehicle remains in its optimal RPM and torque range.
The weights are delivered pre-set. Adjust the clutch behavior to suit the terrain, tire configuration, and load. NOTE: Optimized for 26" - 28" tires.

The Routa Powerline Adventure Kit reduces belt slippage and variomatic overheating. Lowering the operating temperature of the belt demonstrably increases its service life.

The Adventure Kits are designed for optimal use of engine torque. Lower cruise rpms and reduced fuel consumption.
Around 600 rpm less (depending on tire size) results in correspondingly more kilometers per tank of fuel.

We recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop.

When making changes to the variomatic, also replace the belt!
