Frame Reinforcement Kit 12 pieces + Jay Parts Screw Kit for Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler 850/1000 with KTL coating.
The kit strengthens spots and fracture vulnerable areas with 3mm thick plates.

FRAME REINFORCEMENT + SCREW KIT
With the included plan you can determine where each reinforcement plate should be placed and installed. You can also see which screws should be used where
However, I would like to say a few words about the Jay Parts screw kit.
Originally the screws are unfortunately too short and rub the thread in the frame oval holes and damage the frame (see photo with green frame).
We measured a special screw kit for this.
Unfortunately, we also have to adhere to standards. However, we make sure that the shaft of the screw is guided in the frame guides.
With the 4mm washers, we have additional reinforcement on the one hand and a guide to avoid oval holes on the other hand or react well to them if they already exist.
Due to the measure, the screws appear too long. You can cut off the excess thread (for the sake of appearance) but consider; that the screws can also rust.
IMPORTANT:
Don’t forget to grease the vehicle after assembly!
Also grease the screws so that they are protected against corrosion in the long term.

Trotz gefummel eine super Sache gegen Langlöcher! Hier hätten wir die ATV Hebebühne gut gebrauchen können. Super Verarbeitung!
Erstklassiges Protukt hält was es verspricht klasse verarbeitung
good gusset kit, frame is stronger with it. Must have this!
Tip top Verarbeitung ,
kann es jedem Empfehlen der mit Raupen fährt sonst verzieht es euch die Maschine !
