Put enough grease in the bushings before installation.
Assembly instructions
JAY PARTS SUSPENSION BUSHINGS FOX
When assembling the Jay Parts suspension bushing kit, make sure that different bushings are used on the bottom and top.
Short bushes + short sleeves
Long bushings + long sleeves
IMPORTANT:
When assembling the bushings, use plenty of grease (water-resistant grease) that the bushings are well greased to ensure the life of the bushings and sleeves.
The O-rings, which are used in the bushes, seal the sleeves against water and dirt to increase the service life of the bushings.
RECOMMENDATION:
We recommend Bel Ray Waterproof Grease
TORQUE
Torque fort he screws oft he shock absorber attachment: 50NM
TIP
If you have already picked up the vehicle, you can check the following points:
- Check the play of the wheel-side bushings on the rear immediately to see whether they are knocked out.
- You should check the play of the ball joints and tie rod ends on the front, there should be no play
